Who can become a partner?
Tour operators, hotels and guesthouses, transport providers and licensed local guides based in Pakistan, especially across Gilgit-Baltistan and the northern areas. In practice that covers local and regional tour companies that want more bookings from international travellers, and hotels and guesthouses able to host our guests in Hunza, Skardu, Gilgit and beyond. It also covers jeep, coaster and 4x4 operators who serve the mountain roads of Gilgit-Baltistan, and certified mountain, trekking and cultural guides who know these valleys well. If your business does not fit neatly into one of those groups, choose 'Other' on the application form and tell us what you do. We have been guiding travellers through Gilgit-Baltistan since 2015, with more than 80 trips delivered, and we are always looking to grow our network of reliable partners across northern Pakistan. Our guests come from across the world, and local partners are the people who look after them once they arrive.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Applying is free, and there is no charge to submit the form. We agree simple, fair terms with each partner before we start working together, so nothing is decided until both sides have talked it through. The process has three steps. First, you fill in the short application form on this page with your business name, partner type, contact person, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city or region and a few lines about what you do; a website is optional. Second, our team checks your details and gets in touch to learn more about you. Third, once we have agreed terms, we onboard you and start sending travellers your way. We are a licensed tour operator running guided trips since 2015, and our website reaches travellers in ten languages, from English and German to Japanese and Chinese. Partnering is how we connect those guests with trusted people on the ground.
How soon will you respond?
We review every application and usually reply by email within a few working days. Our team reads each one, which is why we ask you to tell us about your business in the form. A clear description helps: what you offer, where you operate and who you usually work with. Please include a phone or WhatsApp number as well as your email address, and a website if you have one, so we can follow up quickly. After the first reply, the next step is a conversation in which we get to know you and your services. If it looks like a good fit, we agree simple terms and begin sending travellers your way. Hotels, guesthouses, transport providers, guides and tour operators all go through the same process. If you have not heard back after a few working days, check your spam folder before writing to us again.
