Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Go With Guide Pakistan website and the tours, treks and expeditions we provide. By enquiring with us, making a booking or using this website, you agree to these terms. Go With Guide Pakistan is a licensed tour operator based in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. If anything here is unclear, contact us at sales@gowithguide.pk before you book.

Trips begin with an enquiry. We then send you a written quote and itinerary. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay the deposit we specify, with the balance due before departure on the date stated in your confirmation. Prices are quoted per person and may change until a booking is confirmed, for reasons such as currency movements, permit fees or fuel costs. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay.

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your departure date, and we will refund any payment you have made, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed on your behalf such as domestic flights or permit fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may forfeit the deposit, and cancellations close to departure or failure to join the trip may be charged in full, because by then we have committed guides, transport and accommodation. We always try to be fair and will tell you clearly what applies to your booking. If we have to cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.

Mountain travel is weather and condition dependent. Flights to Gilgit and Skardu are frequently delayed or cancelled, passes and roads can close, and permits or local conditions can change at short notice. We reserve the right to alter routes, transport, accommodation or the order of an itinerary where it is necessary for your safety or because circumstances beyond our control require it. We will always aim to deliver an equivalent experience, but we cannot be responsible for changes caused by weather, natural events, flight cancellations, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visa for Pakistan, for arriving with adequate travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking and helicopter evacuation, and for being honest with us about your fitness and any medical conditions relevant to the trip you book. During the trip you agree to follow the reasonable instructions of your guide, which are given for your safety and that of the group. Travel in high mountains carries inherent risks, and you take part in the activities of your own free will.

Trekking, mountaineering and travel in remote mountain areas involve real and inherent risks, including altitude, weather, rockfall, and the limits of rescue and medical care in remote terrain. We take your safety seriously and run our trips with experienced guides and sensible planning, but we cannot eliminate these risks. To the extent permitted by law, Go With Guide Pakistan is not liable for loss, injury, illness, death, or damage to property arising from these inherent risks or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This is why comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of joining our trips.

The text, images and design on this website are the property of Go With Guide Pakistan unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We take care to keep the information on the site accurate, but details such as prices, dates and itineraries can change, and the confirmed details of your own booking are the ones that apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute relating to them or to your trip is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. This English version of the terms is the governing version; translations are provided for convenience only.
